Aufberg AG offers a unique chain of services in the care and support of toddlers, children, adolescents, women, and families in Northwestern Switzerland.

We have a modern infrastructure and a total of 250 residential and care places at various locations in the cantons of Basel-Landschaft and Basel-Stadt. The focus of our pedagogical work lies on creating optimal transitions between the individual services and maximum relationship continuity. Professionalism, teamwork, joy, and humor in dealing with children are important requirements for this varied task.

Key Person Work: ###

• Resource- and solution-oriented case management and key person work
• Supporting children in finding perspectives and in managing everyday life, including crisis intervention
• Creating interim and final reports
• Networked work with external agencies, including conducting site meetings with all persons involved in the support process

Leadership Tasks: ###

• Personnel and professional leadership of the team consisting of social educators, trainees, and interns
• Responsible for the organization and design of everyday pedagogical life and the daily structure, taking into account the group dynamic processes in the residential group
• Coordinating and accompanying the entries and exits of the children
• Responsible for the coordination of case management of all client dossiers
• Leading the weekly team meetings and coordinating case supervisions
• Coordinating cooperation with the other areas of the institution
• Further development and creation of concepts, processes, and optimization of workflows

Requirement Profile: ###

• Training as a Social Educator FH/HF and further training CAS Leading Teams (or the willingness to complete this)
• Several years of experience in a residential setting and in working with children
• Assertive, proactive, communicative, and experienced leadership personality with humor and composure
• Sound computer skills and very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Flexibility in thinking and acting and the willingness for irregular working hours (night and weekend shifts)
• Driver's license Cat. B
