Job advertisement: Kitchen installation professional (m/f/d) Experienced kitchen installers who work routinely and independently in all phases of kitchen installation are sought. The highest precision, professional customer communication, and proven practical expertise are expected. Tasks • Transport, inspection, and complete assembly of all kitchen elements up to handover • Alignment, adjustment, and installation of base cabinets, worktops, wall cabinets, fronts, handles, accessories • Installation and secure connection of all electrical and water appliances according to regulations • Customer briefing on appliance operation and handover • Careful cleaning of the workplace, packaging disposal • Quality inspection and documentation of all installation steps (digital solutions/tablets) • Identify missing elements, reorder, and offer sensible solution proposals • Occasional disassembly of old kitchens Requirements • Proven installation of at least 200 kitchens including appliance connection and final assembly • Completed carpenter apprenticeship (EFZ or Gesellenbrief) or at least 5 years of verifiable full-time installation practice • Outstanding manual skills in furniture construction/kitchen installation • Confident handling of technical drawings and digital work tools • Sound knowledge of electrotechnical and sanitary connection technology • Physical resilience, sense of responsibility, high quality awareness • Solution-oriented, independent, and customer-friendly way of working • Business fluent German skills (spoken and written) • Driver's license (at least category B) • Well-groomed appearance and reliability • Willingness to perform occasional overtime if required • Advantageous: Experience with premium manufacturers or international installations We offer • High-quality, modern tools and digital work processes • Performance-related compensation in the range of 35 to 40 CHF per hour, depending on qualification and experience • Five to six weeks of vacation and flexible vacation regulations • Qualified further training (e.g., electrical, sanitary, digital applications) • Collegial, experienced team, short decision-making paths • Company vehicle possible if suitable • High appreciation through professional management • At least 50% external installation activity in Switzerland • Hotel overnight stays during external work are covered 100% by the employer Application please exclusively with proof of installation experience, work certificates, and a copy of the driver's license.
