We, the fondation Science et jeunesse, have been committed for 60 years to supporting the next generation in the fields of science and technology. To continue developing our community in Romandie, we are looking for a committed personality. Someone who takes pleasure not just in executing tasks, but in actively participating, creating networks, and bringing their own ideas. This is why we are looking, to complete our team, for a: Community Manager -- Communication, Network & content (60 - 80%) What you can accomplish with us: For this position, there is no rigid scenario. You have the necessary space to shape our presence in Suisse romande in your own way: Community & Network: You are the essential link for our network of teachers and Alumni in Suisse romande. The way you cultivate these relationships and the innovative exchange formats you create to enthuse people about our programs is largely up to you. Content Creation with great freedom: Whether it is captivating storytelling, creative smartphone videos, or collaborative content for social networks, you have the freedom to design and produce content adapted to our Suisse romand audience, from the first idea to publication. Strategy & Presence: You have a flair for opportunities. You represent us at events, you develop contacts with the media, and you evolve our Romandie community in a strategic and sustainable manner. What will help you in this role: Rather than a strict checklist, it is important to us that you possess the right tools and the right mindset to make use of this freedom of action: You are anchored in Romandie, French is your mother tongue and you are perfectly comfortable communicating in German (min. C1). You have practical experience in digital communication (CMS such as WordPress, social networks, newsletters), you enjoy producing short videos and you have knowledge in public relations / media relations. You find it easy to bring people together. You appreciate working autonomously and managing projects in a structured manner, from A to Z. If you also know the Swiss educational landscape (secondary II level) or the Romandie media landscape, your start will be even easier.
