Payroll Expert (m/f/d) - mind. 32h

Are you a passionate payroll expert or a payroll expert with a flair for our innovative industrial environment? To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality, immediately or by arrangement. Your task includes a wide spectrum of personnel administration with interfaces to the pension fund and to the financial accounting. We offer you a varied, versatile, and expandable task in an alert and motivated team.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility and execution of the entire payroll processing process incl. monthly reconciliations and annual financial statements of three companies (approx. 450 wage recipients)
• Settlement of social insurances for all three companies (AHV / UVG / KTG)
• Administrative support and coordination of our own pension fund incl. advising employees
• Support of absence management
• Support of HR administration (time recording system, access system or entry/exit process)

Your qualifications:

• Commercial basic training with further training as a Payroll Expert, HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in independent payroll processing
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
• Good knowledge in the area of occupational pension schemes (BVG/pension fund)
• Understanding of financial contexts as well as reconciliation and closing work
• Independent and precise way of working
• Good communication and advisory competence
• Team player and enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
• High IT affinity and enjoyment of system-technical questions, tests as well as the optimization and digitalization of payroll processes
