Tasks: • Professional and independent nursing and care of patients in the acute care area • Responsibility for the entire nursing process from admission to discharge • Assessment of nursing needs as well as planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing measures • Implementation of nursing and medical measures according to medical prescription • Monitoring of the health status and early recognition of changes • Administration and control of medications • Preparation and accompaniment of examinations and interventions • Ensuring complete and professional nursing documentation • Close cooperation with doctors, therapists, and other specialists • Advice and support for patients and relatives • Organization and coordination of admissions and discharges as well as further care • Participation in quality assurance and the further development of nursing Requirements: • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF • Professional experience in the acute care area is an advantage • High professional and social competence as well as a strong sense of responsibility • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working • Empathy and respectful interaction with patients and relatives • Good communication and teamwork skills • Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic acute care area • Good German language skills in spoken and written form • Confident handling of electronic nursing documentation and common IT systems • Readiness for professional and personal development
