For the finance department of our unified municipality, we are looking for a proactive, professionally competent, and personally convincing personality as Deputy Head of Finance Department (80 - 100%) to start on October 1, 2026, or by agreement. Your main tasks Leading the general ledger Leading the accounting for clients Responsibility for leading the subsidiary ledgers (payroll) Preparing VAT returns Collaborating on the budget and annual financial statements of the municipality of Bauma and for clients Supporting and being the point of contact for internal and external customers Deputizing for the department management Deputizing for the finance administration Deputizing for the fee invoicing Deputizing for the HR administration Your profile Commercial education EFZ or equivalent Further training in the field as an accounting specialist or already in training as a financial and accounting specialist with a federal FA or equivalent Several years of professional experience in a public finance administration or private financial department Very good IT user skills, especially Microsoft Excel and accounting program, ideally Abraxas FIS Independent, efficient, and precise working method Distinct flair for numbers and enjoyment of the task as well as contact with people Help shape the future of our municipality!
