• depending on your training and wealth of experience, you will work on versatile projects in all project phases in the areas of residential and commercial buildings (new construction and conversion) as well as renovations
• in doing so, you coordinate the cooperation with the client as well as the other project partners
• in addition, you maintain an overview regarding design, functionality, economic efficiency and sustainability
• if interested, construction management tasks can also be taken on
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 50 and 100%

requirements

• you have training and/or further education as a construction technician or architectural drafter / structural drafter (m/f/d)
• good CAD knowledge, preferably allplan, is important
• do you describe yourself as conscientious, proactive, communicative and solution-oriented?
