Your new position

• Design of target architectures and solutions for data and AI solutions on Azure and Databricks
• Definition and maintenance of architecture guidelines, standards and models for Data & AI in the bank
• Ensuring that data and AI solutions meet security, compliance, risk, data protection and FINMA requirements
• Close collaboration with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers and Product Owners and support in implementation - removing technical obstacles and active design of solutions until production
• Early identification of technical, regulatory and security risks and proposal of appropriate measures
• Facilitation of architecture reviews and participation in architecture and governance committees
• Advising business departments for the identification and evaluation of Data & AI use cases, evaluation of technical feasibility and scalability in close collaboration with Product Owners

What we benefit from

• Deep experience with Azure and Databricks and design/development of data platforms
• Mastery of data architectures, data modeling and integration models, experience in integrating Machine Learning and AI solutions (including GenAI) into this architecture
• Experience with MLOps, monitoring and management of AI-related risks such as bias, model drift and explainability
• Knowledge of security, compliance and governance requirements in the banking sector and their implementation in the architecture
• Several years of experience in architecture, structured, team-oriented and understandable communication, practical experience in agile projects in a regulated environment
• Bachelor or Master from a university or university of applied sciences in a relevant field of study
