In this role, you will take on responsibility and actively lead your team so that nursing runs well every day. At the same time, you can work in day shifts or night shifts, allowing you to remain flexible.

In this role, you undertake an important task as you lead and participate. In doing so, you ensure that your team works well and develops:

• You know everyday nursing well and have initial experience in leadership

• You enjoy working in a team but also make decisions yourself
• You motivate others and help to make the team better
• You are willing to work in day shifts or night shifts
