Your tasks: • Greeting and receiving guests who wish to purchase a ticket • Operating the cash register and issuing tickets • You possess a strong service mindset • Ensuring a smooth process in the ticketing area through close cooperation in the team and independent working • Processing guest feedback and ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
