To strengthen our team, we are looking for, starting September 2026 or by arrangement, a: Assistant Restaurant Manager 100% (w/m/i) Tasks In this guest-oriented position, you are responsible for: Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the daily management of the restaurant and ensuring smooth operations Assisting in the creation of duty rosters with Mirus 3.0 and optimizing personnel resources Developing and implementing internal training on operational guidelines, our offering, and the further development of employees Ensuring and controlling all hygiene and quality specifications for flawless guest service What you bring with you Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or a degree from a hotel management school Professional experience in a comparable position and confident handling of Micros Symphonie Experience in high-end hotel operations Fluent German and English skills, any additional foreign language is a plus Sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and a strong sense of quality Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, enjoyment of employee leadership, and a winning appearance What awaits you A versatile activity awaits you in a great team and with many benefits, such as the staff house with a gym, TV lounge, billiard room, and library.
