September 2026 or by agreement, a Tasks Resource- and person-centered care and support for experienced individuals with mental illnesses Stabilization and maintenance of independence and quality of life in a home setting Crisis intervention and support in challenging situations Independent case management and treatment planning Collaboration with the interprofessional team of the Clinic for Geriatric Psychiatry Consulting and networking with relatives, authorities, and referral agencies Profile Degree as a dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH Experience in geriatric psychiatry/Spitex is an advantage Enjoyment and interest in working with older people and their individual life situations Empathy, patience, and appreciative attitude towards experienced individuals Confident demeanor even with cognitive changes and/or impairments Independent, responsible work style Driver's license category B Our Offer Vacation Special vacation plans?
