Your area of responsibility includes: Banks: Independent monitoring, booking, and reconciliation of all bank transactions and bank balances. Debitorenbuchhaltung: Creation and booking of documents, maintenance of the open-items list (OP), dunning, initiation of debt collection proceedings (in consultation with the Immobilienbewirtschaftung) and manual customer credit payments. Kreditorenbuchhaltung: Processing of creditor workflow, creation of payment runs, and manual payments according to instructions. Abschlüsse: Active support of the team in the preparation and creation of quarterly and annual financial statements. Reporting: Support in the creation of various reports in the real estate sector. You bring: Education: Successfully completed commercial basic training. Experience: Several years of solid professional experience in financial accounting. IT skills: Solid MS Office skills; practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is a great advantage.
