Financial Accountant (m/f/d) 80-100% ##

Your tasks: ###

• Management of general and subsidiary ledgers in compliance with business principles as well as the valuation guidelines according to the Code of Obligations for various companies and profit centers
• Independent preparation of weekly and monthly reports as well as execution of closing work
• Active participation in the budgeting process and in financial planning
• Responsibility for tasks in receivables management
• Correspondence with tax authorities and processing of tax-relevant inquiries
• Participation in the optimization and digitalization of financial processes and internal workflows

Your profile ###

• Sound further training in accounting as well as proficiency in closing according to the Code of Obligations (OR)
• Several years of professional experience in a similar function with broad specialist knowledge in finance and accounting
• Very good Excel skills; experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage
• Routine handling of digital applications as well as a high affinity for the digitalization and optimization of workflows
• Good knowledge of Swiss Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Law (SchKG)
• Structured, precise and timely way of working, paired with networked thinking and quick comprehension
• High sense of responsibility, discretion and reliability in handling confidential information
• Openness to technology and motivation to actively contribute to change processes and further developments
