Your tasks with the new employer:

• You assume overall responsibility for financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payment transactions, and ensure smooth processes with your understanding of numbers
• With your know-how, you create meaningful financial reporting, coordinate budget planning as well as annual financial statements, and accompany the audit and external reporting
• As the central contact person for IT and digitalization, you manage the ERP landscape, coordinate external IT service providers, and continuously develop existing business processes
• You take care of payroll accounting for external employees, accompany contract and insurance management, and stand by the management as a competent contact person

You offer your new employer:

• You have a commercial basic education with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification and bring several years of sound professional experience in financial accounting
• Further training as a specialist in finance and accounting is an advantage, as are knowledge in Swiss GAAP FER, cost center accounting, or fundraising
• You are proficient in using Microsoft 365, especially Excel, as well as ERP systems such as SelectLine, Abacus, or SAP, and ideally bring knowledge in Power Query, Power Pivot, and VAT according to OR
• Your independent, structured, and solution-oriented personality distinguishes you as much as discretion, joy in collaboration, very good German skills, and a strong IT affinity
