For the psychotherapy ward for adolescents at the Klinik Schlosstal location in Winterthur, we are looking for you

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann FH/HF 70 - 80%

These are your tasks

• Inpatient care, support, and promotion of the adolescents
• Daily reference person work in close interprofessional cooperation
• Work with relatives including family discussions
• Implementation of the nursing process
• Leading milieu-therapeutic groups
• Co-design and implementation of the further development of the adolescent psychiatric offering

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training in the field of nursing HF/FH (proof of recognition from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
• High ability to integrate, social and personal competence
• Resilience as well as humor
• Experience in an adolescent psychiatric setting is an advantage
