Integrated Workshop Manager (m/f) Socio-professional Instructor (MSP) 80-100%

The integrated workshop is a subcontracting workshop located on the premises of one of our clients in Villarssur-Glâne. Our client is a large international group operating notably in the field of watchmaking. We provide various subcontracting activities such as the packaging of watch parts, the assembly of kits, or various handling tasks.

Responsibilities

As the manager of the integrated workshop, you assume global responsibility for its organization and its operational and social functioning. You supervise a team of 20 to 30 employees with disabilities, with the support of two part-time MSPs and one person in training as part of a long-term internship.

On an operational level, you are responsible for the proper functioning of the workshop, the organization of activities, and the quality of the services provided. You plan and coordinate the work, ensure compliance with our client's requirements, and are their main interlocutor.

On a social level, you are responsible for the supervision and support of the employees in your workshop. You ensure their daily follow-up and, in collaboration with your colleagues, participate in the development and validation of annual reports as well as their presentation during network meetings. You are also responsible for the reception, integration, and training of new employees.

You have significant autonomy in the management and organization of the workshop. In close collaboration with our client and your colleagues, you are a source of proposals to improve processes, develop activities, and evolve the workshop according to the needs of the employees and the requirements of our client.

Profile

• Higher vocational training and experience in an industrial or technical field
• Solid experience in team management
• Higher social training or experience deemed equivalent, or the willingness to begin such training
• Leadership, sense of benevolent management, and ability to collaborate in a team
• Sense of organization, rigor in work planning, and ability to manage priorities
• Very good interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
• Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office / ERP)
• Clean criminal record and clean extract from the debt enforcement register
