Job Description Integrated into our Quality department, your main mission will be to handle non-conformities, in collaboration with the different departments. In this context, you will be responsible for: * Analyzing non-conformities, identifying root causes and defining problem-solving action plans with all the stakeholders involved * Proposing measures, deploying them and ensuring follow-up via audits * Coordinating all corrective and preventive actions * Participating in the implementation of indicators and performing their follow-up * Categorizing problems, defining actions to be taken and coordinating continuous product improvement projects Qualifications * You hold a CFC in Watchmaking or a degree as a Microtechnician and have specialized training in the field of quality * You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, in the watchmaking field * You master quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, Pareto, SPC, etc.) and are able to conduct quality audits * Possessing good analytical skills, you demonstrate rigor and autonomy * You enjoy working in a team and in a cross-functional manner Additional Information What we offer: * Health insurance (basic and supplementary) * 5 annual weeks of leave with 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes * The possibility, depending on the function, to work remotely * Contributions to your sporting or cultural activities * A LPP with advantageous rates You wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
