• Represent the Office as an expert in federal working groups and external organizations

What distinguishes you

• University degree in social sciences, political sciences or geography and professional experience
• Proven knowledge of the mechanisms of the real estate sector and interest in social policy issues, spatial planning and housing
• Experience in research and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
• Strong conceptual and editorial skills; ability to work with full autonomy and interpersonal skills
• Excellent active knowledge of two official languages and good skills in English; good knowledge of a third official language constitutes a preferential qualification
• Result orientation, team spirit, organizational skills, precision, systemic vision

L'Ufficio federale delle abitazioni (UFAB) is the Confederation's competence center for issues relating to housing and real estate portfolio management. UFAB is the competent body regarding tenancy law and implements federal policy in this area. To fulfill its numerous tasks, UFAB collaborates with a variety of partners, including other federal offices, Cantons, cities and Municipalities, as well as research institutes, associations and the economy.
