Furthermore, we promote close cooperation with relatives and the community to sustainably improve the quality of life for elderly people.   Healthcare Specialist EFZ Your Tasks • Active implementation of our mission statement • Care and support of our residents • Setting priorities and consequential action in emergency situations • Conducting nursing reports and doctor visits • Cooperation with relatives, therapeutic persons, and medical staff in the interest of the resident. • Ensuring correct and complete documentation in Epdok • Carrying out and evaluating nursing needs assessments and nursing planning according to the RAI system • Interdisciplinary cooperation • Support in implementing quality standards in nursing • Participation in ward-internal projects and in the specialist department • Active participation in meetings and training sessions   Your Profile • You have completed training as FaGe EFZ • You love people and appreciate interacting with elderly people • You enjoy a versatile, demanding, and responsible task. • You possess humor to overcome challenges with a smile. • You enjoy working in a team and for a team. • You have a positive attitude towards life and death. • You bring social and self-competence as well as good communication skills • You have good German language skills in speaking and writing • You have good computer skills   We offer • An interesting and demanding task in a dynamic environment • A committed team and good cooperation • Modern, attractive employment conditions • 6 weeks vacation • Jobticket • A good infrastructure and direct connection to public transport.
