Are you passionate about building strong relationships and driving strategic growth? Join our dynamic Key Clients & Family Office team in Zurich, where you will work closely with high-profile individuals and family offices to create impactful solutions that support their complex financial needs.

What would your role be?

Drive strategic client acquisition in the UHNW and Family office segment: build, manage, and convert a high-quality prospect pipeline

Establish a data-driven pipeline approach to increase transparency, predictability, and conversion rates while ensuring a focus on higher-value opportunities

Apply this approach across the company and collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to accelerate their own leads

Build, develop, and leverage a structured ecosystem of external partners, introducers, and influencers to generate qualified opportunities and extend market access beyond traditional acquisition channels

Lead transaction teams and coordinate internal stakeholders across products, advisory, and management teams to deliver compelling and differentiated value propositions for complex client opportunities

Continuously analyze market developments, competitor activity, and client trends to identify emerging opportunities and refine acquisition strategies

What are we looking for?

Proven success in strategic business development with an existing network in the UHNW and/or family office segment in Switzerland (and Germany)

Demonstrated ability to establish, cultivate, and activate strategic partner ecosystems that generate qualified business opportunities

Demonstrated experience in developing winning client proposals, business strategies, and pricing approaches for competitive situations

Strong strategic thinking and analytical capacity, coupled with disciplined execution and a results-oriented mindset

High degree of responsibility, resilience, and commitment associated with a proactive and pragmatic mindset

Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills

Collaborative team player who builds trusting partnerships with Relationship Management, investment advisory, product specialists, and management to deliver exceptional client results
