You coordinate the special requirements of operators, users, authorities, specialist planners, and specialists in the healthcare sector and ensure their successful integration into the project. Together with your project team, you optimize processes and keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and execution. You are independently and with foresight responsible for safety, quality, deadlines, and budget. You lead planning and construction meetings confidently and goal-oriented and coordinate all contractors involved in the construction. You devise and carry out contractor tenders for work and deliveries – depending on the project size, together with a construction manager. Your person You are a federal diploma construction manager, TS technician, architect, civil engineer, or have an equivalent education Several years of experience as a project manager of GU-/TU-projects in Switzerland as well as interest and motivation to contribute existing knowledge in healthcare construction or to familiarize yourself with this exciting specialist field. You are well acquainted with Swiss standards and laws and apply them securely. Experience in timber construction is a plus, which you ideally bring with you.
