Your mission For a large-scale company in the Fribourgeoise region, we are looking for an HR Digital Specialist. You play a key role in the digital transformation of Human Resources processes. You contribute to the optimization of tools, the improvement of the employee experience, and the development of innovative solutions for the teams. Your responsibilities - Participate in the digitization of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management, etc.) - Administer and optimize HR tools and systems (SIRH) - Accompany users in the adoption of digital solutions - Analyze business needs and propose adapted improvements - Produce HR reports and dashboards - Collaborate with IT, HR teams, and external partners - Ensure the quality and reliability of HR data - Participate in HR transformation and innovation projects Your profile • Training in Human Resources, Digital HR, Information Systems, or equivalent - Experience in a similar position appreciated - Good mastery of digital tools and HR systems - Ease with data analysis and Excel / BI tools - Excellent knowledge of English and German, in addition to French - Sense of service, analytical mind, and autonomy - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Marked interest in innovation and employee experience Date of entry: - Immediately or by agreement Who are we?
