• With professional competence and an entrepreneurial spirit, you advise corporate clients from various economic sectors on all insurance matters.
• Through direct exchange, you create trust and build lasting client relationships.
• In collaboration with our team of specialists, you ensure a first-class service experience for the clients you support.
• You win new clients, purposefully develop existing relationships, and inspire through your understanding of entrepreneurial needs.
• You contribute your ideas, use your leeway, and actively contribute to the development of the Rorschach agency.

YOUR PROFILE IS CONVINCING

• Several years of experience in the corporate sector at an insurance broker or an insurer
• Specialized training in insurance in the corporate sector; additional qualifications are an asset
• Enjoyment of personal advice, client development, and the acquisition of new mandates
• Entrepreneurial spirit, personal initiative, and an engaging attitude
• Empathy, negotiation skills, and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• An established network in the regional corporate world is an advantage
• Strong service orientation and pleasure in collaborating in partnership within the team
