L-EFAJE is a network that brings together 31 communes from the district of Gros-de-Vaud and surroundings wishing to unite their efforts to manage and develop quality day care services in order to better meet the needs of their citizens. To date, three sectors are represented there: Family Day Care, which brings together about seventy caregivers in a family setting, nine preschool structures, and nineteen after-school structures. We are looking for a: Structure Director at 55% for the UAPE Clochatte, 72 places, located in Mont-sur-Lausanne. You will report to the Director of the care sectors of our General Management and will benefit from the support of an assistant at 20%. Your main mission is to guarantee the optimal functioning of the structure in accordance with our association's strategy.

Your missions:

• Ensure the optimal functioning of the structure while respecting the mission and the legal framework.
• Ensure the quality of services offered to children and their families in accordance with the set objectives.
• Ensure responsibility for the team you will be in charge of and accompany them, unite them, and ensure their development.
• Manage budgets with efficiency and commit financial resources in a thoughtful manner.
• Ensure the administrative management of the structure.
• Guarantee links with internal and external partners.

Your profile:

You have a sense of responsibility and demonstrate a great capacity for adaptation, benevolence, and patience. You are recognized for your ability to unite, to provoke commitment around common projects, as well as for your interpersonal and communication ease. You hold an early childhood educator ES diploma and have completed your training with a CAS in team management and project management, or an equivalent training. You justify at least five years of experience in a similar function. A clean criminal record extract as well as a valid driver's license are required.
