L-EFAJE is a network that brings together 31 communes from the district of Gros-de-Vaud and surrounding areas wishing to unite their efforts to manage and develop quality day care services in order to better meet the needs of their citizens. To date, three sectors are represented there: family day care, which brings together about sixty caregivers in a family setting, nine preschool structures, and nineteen after-school structures. The workplace is located at the Garderie de l-Etang in Etagnières, a structure with a capacity of 64 places. The position is to be filled in the toddler group.

Your missions: ###

• Ensure quality support for the children welcomed, guaranteeing their well-being and safety in compliance with the institutional project and within the framework of current regulations.
• Identify quality-related issues based on your theoretical knowledge. Propose courses of action and implement them in the interest of the child.
• Foster a quality link and exchange with families and external services.

Your ability to work in a team and to adapt, your interpersonal skills, as well as your professional conscience, make you a true asset to the team. A kind and patient personality, you possess the ability to carry out relevant actions deployed in an autonomous and committed manner. You are organized and have a sense of responsibility.

Holder of a tertiary ES/HES diploma or equivalent, you hold Swiss nationality or a valid residence permit, as well as a clean criminal record.
