As part of a personnel search for one of our clients, we are actively looking for a social worker for a permanent position in Lausanne.

YOUR POSITION:
THE POSITION is to be filled as soon as possible.
WORKING TIME: 60-80%

• You are in charge of administrative follow-up and social interviews.
• You implement personalized action plans.
• You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration.
• You coordinate with internal and external partners.
• You ensure compliance with the rules of the home.

There is no financial management or budgetary follow-up.

Profile ###

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have a HES bachelor's degree in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma).
• Proven experience
• You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances.
