Team Leader Workshop Your mission: Technical and personnel leadership of approx. six employees Deployment planning, prioritization and management of daily operational business Coordination and supervision of all repair, maintenance, conversion and maintenance work Ensuring the technical availability of the container systems Preparation of cost estimates and handling of rebilling processes Ensuring complete and correct order documentation What you bring with you: Completed basic technical training Several years of professional experience in an operational environment (workshop, warehouse or comparable) Initial leadership experience and willingness to develop further in the leadership area Very good understanding of work preparation, resource planning and operational processes Driver's license Cat.
