Concierge - Operations Agent
Your mission
Ensure the general maintenance of communal buildings, infrastructure and furniture, including interior and exterior cleaning according to defined schedules
Carry out routine repairs and preventive maintenance of installations and buildings
Monitor, maintain and ensure the proper functioning of technical installations (electricity, sanitary, heating, ventilation, security)
Prepare and restore premises according to needs (events, various uses), and manage the opening and closing of buildings
Ensure the maintenance of cleaning equipment and guarantee the correct use of products, including sensitive or toxic products
Manage waste and contribute to compliance with environmental standards
Participate in the training of the apprentice
Perform on-call services according to a rotation (evenings and weekends)
Carry out administrative tasks related to the function
Your profile
CFC as an operations agent or sanitary installer or equivalent training
Experience in the sanitary field desired
Reliable, organized, autonomous and versatile person
Team spirit and good adaptability
Good physical condition, comfortable with work at height and the use of chemical products
Sense of contact, particularly with children (school environment) and interest in public service
Proficiency in French (oral and written) and standard IT tools
Driver's license and being domiciled nearby (max. 30 minutes) due to on-call services
