Your tasks..

Station management: You manage your station independently and prepare the mise en place as well as the dishes freshly in à-la-carte service.
Quality awareness: You ensure the constantly high quality and the appealing presentation of our dishes.
Teamwork: You work hand in hand with the Chef and the Sous-Chef and support the team during bottlenecks.
Cleanliness: You strictly adhere to the hygiene and occupational safety guidelines (HACCP) at your workplace.

What you bring with you..

Training & Experience: Completed apprenticeship as Koch/Köchin EFZ (or equivalent training) as well as sound experience in à-la-carte cuisine.
Team player mentality: You are reliable, structured, and keep a cool head even during stressful peak times.
Language talent: You communicate without problems in German and Italian.
Passion: You have a high level of quality awareness and genuine joy in Mediterranean cuisine.
