For our client, an internationally active industrial company based in Switzerland operating in the field of micro-manufacturing and precision connection technology, we are looking for an experienced

Production Employee Microtechnology (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Assembly and testing of micro parts according to work documents
• Assembly of micro connectors with very high quality requirements
• Operation of semi-automatic systems in the micro area
• Microscopic final inspection and packaging of the micro products
• Feedback of production orders in the SAP system
• Booking of individual parts to production orders in the SAP system
• Ensuring high quality specifications and compliance with all regulations
• Application and implementation of lean methods
• Working in a cleanroom while complying with defined quality and process standards

Your Profile ###

• Completed basic or advanced technical or mechanical training is an advantage
• Professional experience in handling micro parts as well as in working with optical aids
• Experience in operating systems or machines, e.g., with CNC controls
• Good technical understanding of production tools and semi-automatic systems
• Reliable working according to technical specifications and documentation
• Very good eyesight, high concentration ability and precise way of working
• Enjoyment in participating in new processes being established
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and shifts (3-shift operation)
