As a Mortgage Specialist, you will take on a central role in the assessment and processing of our mortgage transactions. With your expertise and your eye for detail, you will ensure careful, efficient, and reliable processing.   In the Finance area, we have the responsible task of controlling and reliably managing the finances and risks of AXA Switzerland. In doing so, we create the basis for strategic business decisions and the future of the company.   For our Asset Management, our external and internal customers are at the center. It focuses on their needs and accelerates and simplifies processes for their benefit.       What awaits you • You assess and estimate properties and process approved mortgage transactions independently, with risk awareness, and carefully - from data entry and checking of documents to disbursement • You manage mortgages and credit collateral and process mutations and restructurings, for example in the case of purchase, sale, increase, or special life events • You ensure correct and timely processing and coordinate cooperation with land registries, notary offices, banks, insurance companies, and other partners • You recognize optimization potential and actively contribute to the further development of our processes   What you bring with you • Experience in real estate valuation and mortgage processing with knowledge of the Swiss land registry system • You have a good understanding of the Swiss mortgage market as well as the relevant credit and security transactions • You work precisely, independently, and responsibly and maintain an overview even with several parallel business cases • Enjoyment of teamwork, customer contact, and taking on responsibility. • German as a native language; Italian or other languages are a plus   What we offer you We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
