Your role

Within the legal team, you will intervene on various issues and support employees and partners in their projects.

Your main responsibilities will notably include:

Independently advising different interlocutors on various legal questions, in German, French, and English.
Drafting, analyzing, and negotiating research contracts, acquisition contracts, and other contracts.
Performing research and analysis in different areas of law: labor law, intellectual property, agricultural law, animal protection, contract law, etc.
Representing the organization in the context of appeal procedures and before courts.
Providing your legal expertise in various projects and, depending on your experience, ensuring their management.
Participating in the legal training and awareness of internal employees.

Your profile

You are an independent, curious, and versatile legal professional who appreciates environments where subjects are varied and where it is possible to have a real advisory role.

You possess:

A Master's degree in law or an equivalent legal training.
Several years of experience within a law firm, an administration, or a company.
Experience in advising internal or external partners.
An interest or experience in labor law is a real asset.
Excellent analytical and writing skills.
An open, flexible, structured, and pragmatic personality, who enjoys teamwork.
Good proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Very good knowledge of two official languages as well as English.
