Due to the retirement of the previous job holder, we are looking for a

Department Head HF-Nursing Sargans

per 1. March 2027 or by arrangement

• You lead and support the lecturers, promote their pedagogical competence, and create an inspiring working atmosphere
• You work closely with the other department heads, the secretariat, and the school management
• You design and evaluate the lessons and are close to the students as well as the learning processes
• You develop the department professionally, use the Learning Management System (LMS) specifically for quality improvement, and work closely with practical institutions

This unique mixture makes the function a varied and creative leadership task.* Professional specialization in the field of nursing (Bachelor / NDS / HFP)

• Pedagogical qualification (Certified vocational school teacher / HF lecturer or adequate qualifications)
• Enjoyment of innovation, of new forms of learning, and of the further development of digital learning environments
• Leadership strength, communication competence, and enjoyment of taking responsibility together in the continuing education leadership team
• Experience in project work as well as in collaboration with educational partners and practical institutions
• High motivation to accompany a professional team and at the same time participate effectively in teaching yourself* A modern educational environment with an innovative PBL curriculum
