Berne, Suisse | 100-80% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute to <br /> • You collect, analyze and drive the business and technical requirements of all areas entrusted to you. • You evaluate the technical specifications and offers from suppliers in terms of performance, costs and budget. • You actively contribute to quality assurance and testing to ensure the quality of solutions, and accompany deployments until their stable operation. • You actively participate in architecture work, analyze existing systems and contribute to the implementation of sustainable and scalable solutions based on clearly defined objectives. • You contribute to the prioritization and management of requirements, malfunctions and improvements, while ensuring transparent and structured monitoring. • You actively participate in digital development and give impetus to sustainable and innovative solutions in the labor market sector. <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed higher education (HES, university) in IT management, IT or equivalent qualification is an asset. • Several years of professional experience in the field of IT management, preferably in the management of IT systems and complex IT architectures. • Knowledge of IT architecture, IT security and service management (ITIL); experience with agile working methods (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) is an asset. • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, ability to exercise functional leadership and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams. • Good active knowledge of an official language, spoken and written, passive knowledge of a second language, as well as English skills. <br /> In a few words The Labour Directorate of SECO is the Confederation's competence center for labour market policy and unemployment insurance.
