Apprenticeship as Specialist in Care MmB (People with Impairments) ##

Your field of learning - What you will do with us:

• Everyday Coach: You accompany and support our residents with practical tasks and managing their daily lives.
• Leisure Designer: You plan leisure activities and accompany people to appointments.
• Networker: You maintain contact with doctors, therapists and social services.
• Organizer: You perform administrative tasks and document the developmental steps of the clients.
• Development Supporter: You assist with promotion planning so that our residents can maintain and expand their strengths.

What you bring with you:

• Personality: You are empathetic, open, reliable and have a big heart for people.
• Mindset: You are motivated to learn, enjoy communicating and keep a cool head even in hectic moments.
• Flexibility: You enjoy teamwork and are willing to work sometimes in the evenings or on weekends (no night shifts!).
• Skills & Extras: You can use a PC well. If you have a driver's license, that is great - but not a must.
