Professional and warm reception of guests, check-in and escorting to the room with explanations about the hotel
Care of our guests during their stay
Accurate guest billing and warm farewell to the guest
Ensuring that all outstanding guest accounts are closed accurately and punctually
Responsible for the smooth running of the morning, afternoon and evening shifts
Responsible for the processing of daily accounts receivable
Responsible for short-term reservation correspondence and the invoicing of private guests
Taking over and checking the cash balances during shift handover
Cross-selling and promoting internal hotel services such as restaurants & bar
Knowledge of and compliance with the prescribed standards of the hotel of the Swiss Deluxe Hotels and the Leading Hotels.

Requirement profile:
For this position, we expect professional experience in luxury hospitality and very good German and English skills. Further language skills, especially French, are an advantage.

You have no trouble using the most important IT tools (Protel). Additionally, you possess a high sense of responsibility and commitment. Passion for the hotel industry, charm and warmth, as well as a certain degree of composure, are among your other personal qualities.
