Construction Engineer Substations (m/f) Shape the energy infrastructure of the future with: For our client Swissgrid, we are looking for an experienced Construction Engineer Substations (m/f) who accompanies demanding high-voltage and civil engineering projects through all project phases and ensures their successful implementation. Your tasks: Accompaniment of the planning of substation construction projects through all project phases. Responsibility for the technical design of renewal, expansion, and maintenance projects in high-voltage and civil engineering of substations. Creation of preliminary projects as well as support in approval procedures. Ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards in all project phases. Support in the implementation of occupational safety, health, and environmental protection. Promotion of a trusting and efficient cooperation with internal and external project participants across organizational boundaries. Your profile: Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Energy and Environmental Engineering, or a comparable field of study. At least five years of professional experience in the planning and realization of high-voltage, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects. In-depth knowledge in the planning, execution, or maintenance of infrastructure projects and ideally experience in the field of high-voltage technology and substations. Experience in the planning or design of energy generation or energy transmission systems is an advantage. Good knowledge of norms and regulations in high-voltage and civil engineering as well as experience in the implementation of complex infrastructure projects according to SIA methodology. Ability to structure complex work packages and to advise and accompany project partners in a competent manner through clear and goal-oriented communication. Analytical and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to convey technical relationships in a understandable way and to moderate interdisciplinary teams. Communication-strong, learning-friendly, and responsible personality with pleasure in cooperation with different stakeholder groups. Experience with the BIM method as well as CAD knowledge (e.g. Revit, Inventor or AutoCAD) is an advantage. Secure handling of MS Office and common project management tools. German at native language level or at least C1, English at least B2; knowledge of a second national language (Austrian or Italian) at level B2 is an advantage.
