Specialist Psychologist 60 - 80 % Day clinic general Your tasks • In a day clinic setting, you will take over the psychotherapeutic treatment of patients in individual and group therapies. • Case-related documentation, reports, and performance recording in the clinical information system are part of your everyday life with the support of our secretariat. • In a manageable team of ten people, you will experience interprofessional cooperation at eye level and short decision-making paths. • You will actively help shape a modern, evidence-based, and versatile range of treatment offers. • You will dedicate yourself with a focus on high-quality group psychotherapy, including interactionally open therapy groups, psychoeducation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), social skills training (SKT), and analytical-mentalization-based groups. • External supervision, internal case discussions, and individual professional development by an experienced psychotherapeutic and psychiatric management will accompany you regularly. • For every ten percent of employment, you will take over the individual therapeutic case management for one patient, which keeps your case portfolio manageable. Your profile • You have successfully completed your psychology studies and have already gained experience in inpatient adult psychiatry. • You have completed your federally recognized psychotherapy advanced training or will complete it in the foreseeable future. • Day clinic, interdisciplinary treatment oriented towards the needs of patients and their relatives interests you. • High-quality group psychotherapy such as interactionally open therapy groups, psychoeducation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, or social skills training brings you joy. • You highly value interprofessional work in a team, short decision-making paths, and flat hierarchies. • For this position, German language skills at C1 level are required to communicate professionally with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
