Responsibilities Ensure the conduct and management of projects Ensure the organization and monitoring of construction sites Ensure the coordination and progress of work Ensure the financial aspect in terms of down payment requests and invoicing Be able to meet deadlines and verify the quality of the work provided during each construction site Profile You hold a foreman or ES technician diploma You have 5 years or more of recognized and successful experience in landscaping or civil engineering Your technical skills give you the necessary ease to dialogue with the different stakeholders You are able to solve the problems inherent to this activity You are rigorous, conscientious, responsible, and have a good ability to resist stress You are proficient in IT, particularly the "Baubit" software You are able to simultaneously manage several medium to large-scale construction sites jpid7778b86jm jit0728jm jiy26jm
