• As an Accountant, you ensure the precise processing of our daily business and actively participate in periodic closings:

Accounts Receivable & Receivables Management:

• Independent management of accounts receivable, including reconciliation of all incoming payments via various payment service providers
• Handling of the dunning and collection process as well as clarification of payment differences in close cooperation with internal interfaces

Financial Accounting & Multi-currency:

• Daily recording and reconciliation of all bank transactions in different currencies
• Reconciliation and processing of intercompany settlements within the group

Closings & Further Development:

• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Prospective assumption of additional tasks (e.g., VAT returns)
• Deputy in the accounts payable area and participation in process optimizations in financial management

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Qualification: Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting (eidg. FA) or a comparable higher education in the financial field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of sound practice in financial accounting, preferably in an international environment or corporate context.
• Expertise: Demonstrable practice in accounts receivable, experience in handling foreign currencies, intercompany transactions, and initial closing work.
• IT Skills: Proficient use of common ERP systems as well as good MS Office skills (especially Excel).

Languages:

• Very good German skills
• Good English skills
• French skills are a plus
