Immediately or by arrangement Bio Partner Schweiz AG is the leading partner in the Swiss organic market. We supply customers in organic specialty retail, retail, gastronomy and processing industry with a full range of organic products and services, we support entrepreneurs in organic specialty retail in developing further in the growing market environment and operate our own organic specialty stores. Our headquarters and logistics center are located in Seon (AG) and we operate an additional location in Romandie. Our approximately 400 employees serve organic customers with tasty organic products and inspiring stories. Through our actions, we make a unique contribution to a livelihood-sustaining and sustainable agriculture, a strong organic specialty retail and the good availability of particularly high-quality organic foods for conscious consumers. For our existing dispatch team, we are looking for support immediately or by arrangement:

Your tasks:

• Dispatching, processing and monitoring of shipments
• Coordination and allocation of goods
• Route planning for the own vehicle fleet
• Allocation of shipments to our transport partners
• Administrative tasks as well as evaluations
• Close contact with our internal and external sales service
• Readiness for shift work/ on-call service at night (1-2 weeks per month)
• Readiness for Saturday service 1-2 times per month
• Readiness to drive routes in emergencies, also at night
• Transfers of vehicles to our workshops

Your talents & experiences:

• Professional experience in the areas of transport and dispatching
• Commercial further education
• Training as a road transport dispatcher is an advantage
• Proficient in handling MS-Office, Teams, Routen Optimizer, Tracking, ERP
• Driving license Cat. C C/E mandatory as well as valid CZV card
• Networked, customer- and service-oriented thinking
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage
• Resilient, flexible, assertive
• Strong communication and pronounced organizational skills
• A team-oriented, winning personality
• Place of residence in the Mittelland / Central Switzerland region
