Your role:
For our building law and spatial development department, we are looking for a technically proficient, versatile personality with a flair for statics and shelter construction. On behalf of the municipalities we manage, you will independently take on inspection and control tasks regarding shelters and can, furthermore, tackle exciting topics in building law.
What awaits you with us:
Inspection of shelter projects and shelter statics
Reinforcement inspection of shelters and final inspection of completed shelters
Compensatory area planning and management of shelter construction
Periodic inspection of shelters
If interested, collaboration in advising municipal building administrations on construction and planning topics (building law examination of building applications as well as processing related questions as well as building control activities)
Education / Experience:
Degree in civil engineering (FH/ETH), statics or heavy construction, and ideally experience as an inspection engineer or shelter control body
You bring with you:
Technical understanding of statics and shelter questions as well as interest in building law topics
