What is my function? Independent CAM programming with CATIA Programming and optimization of highly complex CNC milling programs Leadership of a team of 7 employees Technical support of employees during complex machining Manufacturing of demanding components, including for the Formula 1 environment What do I need to be successful? Training as a Polymechaniker EFZ (MANDATORY) Several years of experience in CNC machining as well as in CAM programming Very good knowledge of CATIA CAM - especially important for highly complex components from the Formula 1 environment Experience in milling on 3- to 5-axis machining centers Technical understanding of high-precision manufacturing processes Leadership experience or the willingness to take on leadership responsibility Ability to maintain an overview even with complex manufacturing tasks Ability to provide technical support to employees and set clear priorities What distinguishes the company?
