Order and supplier management: Launch and monitor tenders according to production needs. Prepare comparisons and analyze supplier offers. Create and validate purchase orders in the ERP. Ensure the placement of orders and regular monitoring of deliveries. Maintain active communication with suppliers to guarantee compliance with deadlines. Control and validate supplier and transport invoices in the ERP. Transmit documents to the Finance department for processing. Management of supplier non-conformities Prepare and manage return logistics documents in case of non-conformity: Coordinate shipments in connection with the ADV Ensure the monitoring of supplier files until their resolution Ensure the traceability of exchanges and decisions made Reconciliation and accounting monitoring of materials: Perform the monthly reconciliation of material accounts, particularly precious metals. Verify consistency between internal data and supplier statements. Identify, analyze, and justify any discrepancies. Ensure the reliability of information transmitted to management. Management of production waste: Organize the transfer of metallic waste to approved smelters: Track quantities sent, loss rates, and material returns. Analyze discrepancies between weights sent, processed, and recovered. Keep tracking tables up to date and ensure their reporting. Logistical and administrative support: Participate in physical inventories and the monitoring of parts entrusted to suppliers. Ensure the monitoring of entries, returns, and discrepancies. Provide support to the ADV for customs declarations.
