Nurse (F/M/D) in permanent employment between 80% and 100% \- EMS Yvonand La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and mental integrity during their life process. In order to complete our support teams, we are looking for the following profile for our establishment in Yvonand which welcomes 84 People, specialized in geriatrics: Nurse (F/M/D) in permanent employment between 80% and 100% \- EMS Yvonand Regardless of their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common goal, that of supporting People on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer an adapted response to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the People. As a nurse, you ensure preventive, therapeutic, rehabilitative and palliative nursing care under the supervision of the support manager and the doctor. You have a continuous reflective practice that allows you to evaluate and analyze, among other things, the biopsychosocial and spiritual dimensions of the People. You manage all medical emergencies and will activate emergency procedures as needed. Furthermore, you participate in examinations and observations for the purpose of medical diagnosis. Through your values centered on humanitude, you establish a relationship of trust with the People and their entourage, by creating a safe environment adapted to their needs. YOUR BACKGROUND \- YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS Bachelor in nursing or recognized equivalence Solid experience in the field of geriatrics Sense of observation allowing for the rapid evaluation of a complex situation and the orientation of interventions to avoid hospitalizations or falls Non-drug-based vision and you enjoy sharing your approach in a team Strong sense of responsibility and proven leadership Dynamic, attentive, flexible, adaptable and organized Attitude centered on the well-being of the Person Proficiency in spoken and written French as well as proficiency in IT tools (Carefolio) Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is an asset WE OFFER YOU The possibility to work in an environment rich in contacts.
