On behalf of several clients, we are currently looking for qualified specialists in the export sector, including for an established Swiss SME. For this and other companies, we are recruiting a committed and assertive personality as Export Clerk (m/f).

In this versatile key position, you will be in daily international exchange with customers, business partners, and authorities and will manage the entire export process with a high degree of personal responsibility. Your Task ##

• You will independently take over the holistic order processing for national and international customers from order entry to successful delivery
• With organizational talent and foresight, you will coordinate worldwide transports via all modes of transport such as truck, courier, and air freight
• You will create all relevant export documents precisely and on time, from certificates of origin to complex customs documentation
• With your expertise, you will ensure consistent compliance with all customs and export regulations as well as country-specific regulations
• As a communicative hub, you will be in close exchange with authorities, freight forwarders, customers, and customs offices and ensure the smooth running of all processes

Your Profile ##

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally in an industrial environment
• Sound professional experience in order processing and export experience paired with further training as an External Trade Specialist with federal diploma
• Very good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
• Good MS Office skills and familiar use of ERP systems
• Competent and confident appearance
