Your contribution to us ### You bear the overall operational responsibility for the operation within the framework of the strategic guidelines of the Board of Trustees. In doing so, you lead an interdisciplinary team, further develop offers, and ensure high care, support, and service quality. You are responsible for the budget, processes, and quality assurance and represent the institution towards the social space, partners, authorities, and the professional instances. In addition, you support the Operating Commission and the Board of Trustees in the further development of the organization and are responsible for the implementation of the corporate strategy. Your profile ### You have a completed degree (FH/University) in the social, health, or economic sector as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function, ideally in long-term care or the health sector. You are familiar with the current developments and challenges of the industry and shape the organization with foresight. You think entrepreneurially, act in an orientation to solutions, and bring a pronounced sense for people. Strong communication skills, decisiveness, commitment, and appreciative employee leadership characterize you. You are open to innovative new solutions and inspire other persons with the intended vision. You argue and act credibly and respond to the concerns of the diverse stakeholders.
