It manages CHF 10 billion in pension assets for Swiss pension funds, without the influence of banks or insurance companies. Its residential real estate portfolio, structured into two direct investment groups, one of which is focused on Suisse romande, is experiencing strong growth with several renovations and new constructions to be launched. To strengthen its team, our client is looking for a Construction Manager Immobilier - Suisse romande. Based in the Lausanne office and attached to the Immobilier Manager in Zurich, you will pilot residential renovation and new construction projects in the Romand portfolio in total autonomy, from feasibility to key handover. As the representative of the client (SIA 102), you will defend the foundation's values: quality, deadlines, budget, and diplomatic and respectful management of existing tenants during renovations. Main tasks • Pilot and supervise several renovation and new construction projects in total autonomy, from feasibility to delivery • Represent the client and the works management (SIA 102) in all phases of the project and defend its interests • Identify, mandate, and supervise regional external partners; develop, negotiate, and monitor contracts with architects, engineers, and general contractors • Control and supervise costs, deadlines, and quality; approve amendments, ensure reporting, and standardize contracts, descriptions, and processes • Identify the potential for densification and exploitation of each building; monitor legislation, zoning, and cantonal regulations • Support the Immobilier team in technical due diligence, investment requests, and internal coordination Your profile • Higher education (HES, ES, or federal certificate) in construction management, civil engineering, building technology, or a related field • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing renovation and construction projects in Switzerland • Solid experience in representing the client and mastering SIA standards • Entrepreneurial profile with great autonomy, diplomatic sense, and excellent organization • Team spirit and customer orientation • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Fluent French and German are essential, ideally Swiss German We offer • Complete autonomy within a reference institutional foundation • Stable, independent, and human-sized institution with strong values • Maximum flexibility adapted to the pace of construction sites • Attractive salary package with a beneficial pension plan A rare opportunity that resonates with your ambitions?
