Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionIn the PTDC (Synthetic Molecules Technical Development) department, we manufacture active ingredients for our patients. We are a well-coordinated team of 13 colleagues and are now looking for reinforcement. With us, everyone pitches in to ensure smooth operations and the highest quality.The OpportunityYou can expect a collegial environment in which we support each other. Your tasks are as follows:Production Support: You accompany the chemical processes and ensure that the shift teams have everything they need (documents, raw materials, information).Equipment & Technology: You plan and coordinate maintenance as well as repairs on the equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly.Documentation: You create the manufacturing instructions (Master Batch Records) for production and the cleaning of the equipment.Control: You write the recipes for our computer-controlled equipment (control systems).On-site Support: If there is a hitch in operations, you help with troubleshooting and consider how we can make processes simpler or better.Safety & Quality: You ensure that all GMP specifications and safety rules are complied with.Projects & Training: You accompany the setup of new equipment and train new colleagues.Who you areBackground: A technical or scientific education, ideally with further training as a master or technician.Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in chemical production in the GMP area. Experience with commissioning is a plus.Understanding: You are well-acquainted with chemical plants and processes and are proficient on the PC (Office).Way of working: You work conscientiously, are reliable and a true team player.Language: You speak and write German confidently.Have we sparked your interest?
